We're so excited to announce the launch of our direct sourced, fresh matcha! It's earthy & bright, and because we air freight it directly over from Japan, it is fresher than most matcha you will find.

Fresh matcha = less astringency & more sweetness.

Origin: Kyoto, Japan

This matcha comes from a blend of tea leaves sourced from several small plot farms in Uji, Kyoto. The tea leaves are selected and stone-milled by a fourth generation tea producer.

Brew recipe scoop 1 tsp (2g) into a tea bowl add 2.5oz (75mL) of hot water (170F)
